Yes they do. Mine have already scraped. I contacted Jayco and sent them pictures. I doubt they're gonna do anything. I doubt they have shorter jacks which I'd be willing to put blocks under to level if they'd get them higher.

The snap pads were on my list, maybe not anymore.

I have them but only put four of the six on. Not putting them on the back two unless Jayco does something to raise them. So I will probably have two extra.

Aren't the jacks mounted on a bracket that has several different height adjustments? Are you at the highest already?

Yes, they're at the highest right now. They can't move higher due to the slide floor. The top of the jack is almost touching the bottom of the slide. So I think the only answer is a shorter jack and I don't know if they make them and/or if they'll work on this model or not. The Jayco rep I spoke to sent the photos to Lippert also to get their input.

It amazes me that there can be so many variations of different components from coach to coach. You would think that if one particular model had a problem with something that all of them would. Makes no sense.

No it doesn't make any sense. But we'll see how responsive Jayco is. See what they tell me about the jacks and what they say about the low plumbing issue.

So my back levelers are 8.5” from the ground when hooked up to the TV. Middle levelers are at 9.5”.

When I pulled out of the house the back ones were either very close or maybe even touching the grass. I will probably check more closely when parking it back on Monday.

That's still better than mine. I think mine are at 7", the back two.

AKRUEBE has to have something wrong with his sewer connection being that low, about 6"?

We'll see how far they can raise it when I bring it in on June 4th.

From your pic it looks like 2 pipes join close to the end. All those connections look low as it is. Mine seems to drop down right at the exit point.

I wonder if the dropped down basement portion on your rig is part of this reason.

Maybe that and the combination of the Sanicon System

I thought the sanicon system used a 1” house permanently installed?

My 05 Kiwi had the same situation. I installed a 6" lift kit.

At least your plumbing has a bracket to protect it somewhat. Mine doesn’t!
I have a 2014 Melbourne Jayco on a 2013 Ford 450 chassis, and mine are also that low.....I asked Jayco because I had the same concerns! They said it comes from the factory that way. My jacks are raised to the max and cannot go higher because fuel line in the way. My black/gray flush pipes and rear jacks are 6.5” off the ground. The back jacks are lower than the front because the jacks were installed later and had to be under the gas line, making it lower to the ground. I cannot go anywhere where there is the slightest dip and several gas stations are not completely level. I was new to RV’ing when I purchased it in 2016 and will never make this mistake again. Also, going with a shorter wheel base with my next RV.

Tinkman - how did you install a 6" lift kit?

Dargo, that's on the discharge side of the mascerator. The intake side is the same as the black pipe.
