Wondering if all Jayco dealers do this?
Made an appointment for my fifth wheel and after waiting 3 weeks (soonest he could get me in) took the day off from work, because the service guy said I needed to be there before he left. Had trailer there around 10am that morning. After getting there found out that service guy is no longer there.
No big deal........, but left RV there and they want to look at it and then have me come pick it up (100 miles away)
They will get ok from Jayco?? 2 to 3 days. Then order parts. Another 5 to 10 days????
Then bring unit back to be repaired.
Do all Dealers do this?

I doubt that this is normal... sounds like this is for THEIR convenience. Keep us posted.

The time for estimates and parts delivery sounds reasonable. Our dealer has a lot large enough that they just let us leave it there at no charge. I don't feel comfortable leaving it all alone there but have on a couple of occasions.

100 miles round trip is a large pain and expense for the owner.
