Which is why I said he should consult a lawyer.

Contact the Attorney General in Tallahassee and tell them what is going on. Also if you decide to buy the camper tell the Dealer that you will be spending the First night in the camper On His Lot so you can check out all of things on the Camper work properly. If he Balks tell him it is the least he can do to help you out. If he still Balks take trailer and go to a close parking lot , spend the night , make a List of defects and be parked at his Entrance Gate when he opens up the next day. I did this and got all of my defects fixed before taking trailer home...

I had a problem with my camper, I talked to a lawyer, he said the law in my state was completely on my side, he wrote a letter to the dealer and Jayco and they both immediately caved in.

If the purchase and sale is binding and you have to go to court make them pay your legal fees too. I am always amazed at how people on this forum roll over for Jayco and the dealers, they told me not to get a lawyer I did and it saved me a bunch of money. The other thing is companies like Jayco will never change if people let them get away with unfair business practices.
I agree with Scottenj. I have sold RV's and Heavy trucks for almost 30 years and depending on state law, usually the purchaser has a good chance of having the contracted enforced. If the contract has a "not price protected" clause that was checked or signed off on, you are usually protected.
