Defective Slide Seal

We have a 2018 30.5 CTKS Eagle HT. Seal on living room slide had to be replaced yr 1. Yr 2 same thing. Now, yr 3, out of warranty and again, seal on same slide has to be replaced again. Wondering if dealer actually made the req'd repairs yr 1 and/or yr 2 or if others have had similar problem with slides on Jayco 5th wheels? Will be my last Jayco and last RV from this dealer. Disappointed.

What exactly is happening to the seal? One side only? Bulb seal or sweep seal?
