I have the same problem in our Eagle, so it’s not just you. We don’t use the tv in the bedroom so I haven’t done much research.

I have Dish at home and use Wally's, and a Pathfinder X2 in our fiver. I'm still getting the hang of it, what dish do you use, can it operate two Wally's or only one? If just one you can use a wireless HDMI box, that's what I'm going to do Monday when my new TV gets here for outside viewing. It can be tricky getting the dish set up with the Wally's. If I can help, I will. Maybe we can learn together, lol.

Jeez, this reminds me of the old VHS versus Beta days. Dish or Direct TV, that is the question. I am with the Direct TV crowd. Would that equate to VHS or Beta? I hate to admit but way back in the early days, I had Sony Betamax.

Anyway, my Direct TV is connected to my front TV and I use a wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver. Works perfectly in the bedroom. I don't know if Dish uses RF or IR remotes. If RF, you are 1/2 way there.

I can control my Direct TV box from the bedroom with my RF remote, no line of sight needed. The remote is set up for the front TV but actually will control either one as they are the same brand. The TV function on the remote is IR so it requires line of sight to the TV which is no problem.

These wireless HDMI gadgets work pretty well. My son took my advice and is using one in his 5th wheel for an outside TV.

x2 It works flawlessly with the signal from the living room to the bedroom having to go through two walls. I have an outdoor TV that if I want satellite on, I just remove the bedroom receiver and hook it up to the outdoor TV.........easy.

I use this system with one transmitter at the main TV and a receiver at the outside tv and one on the bedroom tv. Works great.

I believe A wireless Joey will allow you to change channels, the hdmi will give you only the same channel as the main TV
