It worked fine in my rig. Love the Maxair fan, it is great upgrade. I have been dry camping the last two week and I use it everyday to pull heat out of the rig in addition to pulling out moisture during showers. 10% to 20% for showers, 50% to 100% pulls heat out of the whole rig.

I have good luck with multiple Maxair with remote over the years. Sorry to hear of the poor CS.

I love the fan. It was great the first few times it worked. Now it won't work at all, just shuts down.
