Fabricated my own mud flap rock guard this weekend.
Frame welded 1" square tube. Cut down semi truck mud flaps. Attached mud flaps to frame with 1" x 1/8" steel strip. Connected to truck using 1/2 heim joints.
Really terrific! Looks like professional work. How did you finish the steel? You're hanging it a tough environment.
