Eagle 2020 319MLOK Slider
Hi Everyone,
Some of you may remember me with some issues with my slider (Schwintek) #3 (kitchen/pantry/TV). Well, I still have some problems after unit spent 3 weeks at the dealer.
Is there anybody having issues with that slider?

I have the same camper 21 319 MLOK. No need issues with so far but my slide isn't a schwintek.... it's cable.
Only schwintek I have is the bedroom slide.
Schwintek, I believe, is one of the easier to set or reset.

Yes, my 2019 Eagle HT was at the dealers the last 2 winters for the Kitchen slide (Schwintek) while it was under warranty. Now this summer it's acting up again. The motors stop at different times and the slide goes crooked. The rear motor stops as it's going in and the front motor stops as it's going out. The dealer won't tell me what they did to fix it. If I were to guess, I'd say they changed the motors both times, but i don't know.

yep...had issues with mine. Dealer fixed once. There is a thread on here about lubing the support rollers in the underside frame. I did that and it seems better. Gotta keep it lubed well also. I lube ours almost every trip. Also don't forget the five second rule once its been retracted or extended and try not to stop mid travel. If the 21's have gone cable they must realize the slide is way too heavy for the shwintek setup. Have to be careful with weight in the pantry on these models.
Also you have the outside kitchen in this slide, that can get loaded up with gear which gets heavy.

I did it to me the other day. I have to go an reset the controller. What I do now is open/close it with the over-right bottom. I don't trust the screen

It makes a lot of sense. I think the same way. Too heavy of a slider for two little motors. I don't use the screen when I'm opening #3. I use the over-right bottoms.

You hold the power button going in or out when completely in or out for an extra 5 seconds to keep the motors in sync.

Does your slide have 3 tracks on the outside wall? Adding a third track was the fix for some. Agree the schwintek mechanism doesn’t work well with large slides.

How can you add a track? From factory is two tracks per side and two motors. One motor per side on the upper section of the slider

An added track supports the slide out better. Using same 2 motors. Do a search for adding tracks in schwintek.

Very interesting story. I don't understand how Jayco still using this system on that heavy slider. I'm guessing you didn't pay anything because it was under guaranty?

There is a video on youtube about it. Just type in Shwintek slide lube. The newly recommended stuff has the PTFE in it. My bottle is at the trailer but its LPS3 brand if I recall.
Sorry it took so long...had router issues.

Hey Big1
I watched a video from LCI and a tech showing how to lubricate the slides. This is what he said to use.
