Eagle 321RSTS actual Pin Weight

Hi,
I am looking closely to purchase a 2022 Eagle 321. Could you all post your actual pin weights by scale? Please indicate if you have a washer dryer or generator, and status of holding tanks at time of weighing.

3 flooded batteries
all tanks empty

My first cat scale showed pin weight at 2220lbs (empty camper)
My last cat scale showed pin weight at 2600lbs (too high - need to downsize)

Mines is about 2600lbs we do have a Washer & Dryer Combo.
