Eagle front cap

In the interest of not derailing someone else’s thread, can those of you with an Eagle fw post up pics of your trailer’s front cap. Not an HT, but regular Eagle. On mine, the roof seems to come down really far. Wondering if the roof comes down too far, overlapping, or the cap too small. I think maybe it’s an Eagle thing, but let me see yours. This a 2019 model for reference.

Couple pics
Ours has the older cap style with the top marks indented. Our cap has been painted and has eternabond over the top of cap to roof transition. Eternabond painted to match

Might be hard to see the transition here but it looks normal to me.

I stupidly assume that, the Eagle and Eagle HT would use the exact same part for the front cap. The paint and stickers are definitely the same. Not so?

I doubt it.. The HT have a different profile and interior height. Our Eagle has a shelf inside the closet in front of the clothes hanger rod and the washer dryer prep beside that... Bil is over 6 foot and can Stand straight up on front side of bed. Bed is on the slide out.

Thanks guys. I guess this is just how they’re built. I’d assumed so, but then got to second guessing it. I’m wondering if the cap actually does extend further, and the roof material is just pulled down over it. I’ve always worried about road debris punching a hole in the forward facing roof material, but I’ve yet to see anything like that happen in 4 years of pulling this design.

Found a photo from my last trip, and looking at it from this angle, it looks perfectly normal. I took this photo, but didn't really ever look at it.

Just got my 2018 repainted under two year warranty. Waiting on decals to be applied.

My 2013 had same issue. It was repainted too before I traded.
