Eagle HT 26.5BHS Bedroom TV mounting

Hey there everyone, I'm going to mount a TV in the master bedroom and had a question. There is a marked area for the mount, so is it fair game to screw anywhere into that area? If I recall off the top of my head it's about an 8"x8" section.

If I recall it was in that general area where the mount should be. I would get a swivel mount that you can secure. Mount it right over that sticker.
