Good Morning everyone. Looking for some advice on my 5th wheel and some service challenges...

I took the unit to Albany RV for a list of warranty work and was notified that an issue with soft spots in the floor were normal and wouldn't be addressed.

I've sent a letter to service@jayco.com explaining things and will wait to hear back, but was wondering if anyone has had this kind of "normal" notice from a service dealer before...

Soft spots can mean different things. If its bouncy because there is no support there, that is normal. Jayco prolly wont cover something like that. Sometimes that can be fixed though by adding more support between frame rails. You are now customizing though.

Soft "as is water damage" making it soft is another kind of soft. Depends why the water got there. They might cover something like that.
