Electric heater blowing cold and knocking out power

We traveled to pretty cold weather and our electric heater was working great for the first few days then we came back after a night away to a cold camper and no heater on. Gas heater works but If you turn on electric heat it blows cold air then eventually knocks out the power. Power automatically comes back on but no heater. It was connected to shore power. We have a 2016 North Point 377rlbh
