My best friend is a technical supervisor for one of the largest commercial airlines in the biz, I use to take him on big trouble shooting jobs when I had my tech company. First step he always did, (even while flying), was a reboot of all systems. I can’t tell you how many times this saved my butt! Now, I know some of you might think how is it possible to switch off operating systems on a Commercial airliner in mid air, they have redundant systems, taking only one off line!

If it don’t compute, try a reboot!

I'm going to definitely agree with that! In all my years, with experience in all types of electrical systems, the majority of the time, just cycling/repowering/rebooting the equipment solves the technical issue, at least 90% of the time.

This is the first thing you should ALWAYS try.

Even our magnificent iPhones need a reboot now and then!
