Extreme Weather Package

I was reading this morning here on a different thread about a PDI on a new Northpoint, and went online to Jayco to see it. I noticed this option is available. For grins I pulled my "window" sticker, and sure enough, it says I have this installed. Supposed to include 120V heated tanks, fresh and holding tanks, 12V electrical water line wrap and an interior illuminated switch. How can I ascertain I have this installed? Reason I ask is because I haven't seen an illuminated switch, which may well be in as part of JayCommand, or how to turn it on if installed. The "window" sticker also says I have a regular water heater but it was substituted for a tankless model so trying to ascertain this weather package was not left out since they charged $743 per the sticker.

I ordered it on mine and I see the turn on for it on the JAYCOMMAND beside the water pump switch when on the tanks view page.

Thank You. After posting I did what i should have done to begin with, and went on YouTube. Found the BMPRO video on the water tanks, and there it was!!. Then he said, this is a water tank heater, why do you Yanks need this for? We are not talking about it and went on to something else, lol. I have a tankless water heater, so the switches for electric and gas heat don't do anything although they light up. My water tanks are empty, mostly worry about the water lines, so it is nice to know i can turn this on and protect them.

Keep in mind, as I understand it, the tanks are heated and only the waterline behind your city water hookup for fresh filling or city use. Kinda like the heated water hoses you can buy for outside use. None of the other lines that run to the other faucets and toilet have this. The heated belly is the only defense to keep those from freezing.

Ok. I do have the "belly" opened and a small electric heater blowing warm air in when cold. We typically don't get that cold here for long and I did blow out the lines with compressed air.

Thanks, what is funny is that I didn't realize I had the package. We didn't order from factory and it actually had some things I didn't think i wanted but glad I have them now.
