Thumbs up F350 For Sure

I bought a new 2018 F350 4x4 DRW 8ft bed, and I love it. Have had it for 2 yrs. now, and it still seems new. I would not spend the extra money for the F450, when the F350 will do anything a F450 will do. Have a friend looking at the F450 and he said there were complaints about the 4:30 gears made the truck seem like it was teaching up high. I just don’t know about that. Congrats on you newF350, you will love it,

Thanks for your reply. We have the truck all outfitted with tool box, bed cover, etc., have about 600 miles on it now. Only towed the camper about 20 miles to the scale and back but didn’t push it as they suggest getting about 1K miles before serious towing. Think it’s going to be awesome when we head south. Can’t get over the room in the cab over the Silverado. Also, 10 speed Trans is very smooth shifting. Dually was also good move as it sits a little lower which drops the camper height over an inch.

I have had a 2018 350 which i towed my northpoint with your right to say the 350 will do everything a 450 will do but i can tell you that the 450 DRW will do it so much better the bigger brakes are so much better you can stop a 41 ft fifthwheel when you need to and if you travel at 60 mph the fuel consumption is near as the same as the 350 then there is the turning circle way better i could go on and on.
