Family-friendly Fifth Wheel?

We are interested in hearing from people who own 5th wheels with bunk beds. Which model would you recommend? We would like one with a bunk area but also more living room area. Thank you.

Your ideas are exactly what pushed us to purchase new and we absolutely love the Northpoint 377 floor plan. We only have 1 child. Our current model is the equivalent of the 355. The 377 has a nice BIG living room and decent size bunkroom (although the bed when extended is quite tight)

5th's leave you on both sides of the spectrum with little in between like the RL designs. First do you have a TV that can handle a larger 5th like the 377 or 375? You will need a diesel for the larger units and it will limit your CG access if you like State Parks or smaller CG's.

We love our 375, but it has access limitations as mentioned. Plenty of seating in the LR with room to move around.

We have the Eagle Premier 375BHFS which is exactly what you are describing. However, as others have mentioned, they are BIG (43' nose to tail) which for us is fine as we stay at a seasonal site. It's also heavy, but have to say tows smoother even without a MorRide than any 5er I have ever towed.

My wife and I have a 2015 325bhqs and love it. We take our grandchildren with us and have plenty of room. We liked the opposing slides in the living area as when we are in the trailer that is we're most our time is spent. We also liked the 345bhts with 1 1/2 baths but opted for the larger living area.

There seems to be more floor plans being offered for families with kids. Seems a couple years ago you either had a bunk house camper, or a living room. In the past few years there has been more floor plans that offer a dinette with a couple couches (not just one), or the mid bunk room.

Have you looked at the Toy Haulers? Maybe not for everyone; but the garage can be heated/cooled, extra bathroom, extra room for storage, etc. The garage can be used as another living area, bunk house, or whatever.

30.5BHLT twin bunks, loft, U shaped dinette, accessible kitchen & bath with slides in, lots of storage, kids love the back door. The back door/backroom is large enough for a couple bikes covered with moving blankets. Absolutely love mine.
