'Fan' Sound

We have a 2018 Jayco Northpoint. We have 2 control panels in our RV to control AC and Heat, one in the kitchen (for 1 AC and Furnace) and 1 in the bedroom for the 2nd AC. Today, we are hearing what sounds like a 'fan' on in the bedroom although the control panel is in the off position. When we cycle through the different settings, we hear the unit respond, i.e. 'Fan Lo', we hear the fan come on low, 'Fan Hi', we hear the fan come on high, AC comes on when we select Cool lo and Cool hi. Yet, when we turn the control panel to 'Off', it sounds like their is some low fan on. When we turn off the circuit breaker, the sound goes away. and when we turn the circuit breaker back on, we hear it again. Any ideas what it might be?

Have you or someone gone up on the roof to determine if the A/C fan is actually running? Or feel airflow from the bedroom unit? Stuck relay? Thinking out loud!

Are you hearing the power converter that changes AC into 12 Volt to keep the batteries charged, run lights, etc. Ours goes on and off as it senses heat from the conversion process. If it is the converter it should be near the floor or under a cabinet hidden with a small vent grill. Ours is near the fuse box.

Or the inverter attached to the ceiling of the basement below the bed

Another "fan" you may be hearing is the inverter fan that's mounted on the underside if the bedroom floor. It should be closer to the driver side and mounted toward the front of the basement (pass thru storage). Mine inverter is what powers the residential fridge. The inverter has 2 fans in it and I had one of the fans go bad as in it was getting loud. Even when both are working properly they are pretty quiet but you can still hear them a little bit.
