Fireplace Eagle HT

We have a 2022 Eagle 28.5RSTS and I recently had some rewiring done because of solar installation (big mistake). My question is, Does the fireplace supposed to work without being plugged into shore power?

No, it works on alternating current only!

Shore power or generator. Resistance heater draws around 1500 watts. Inverter and batteries may last a very short time.

The AC outlet is directly behind the unit if you need to remove the unit ( four screws only).
