If its like our 321, the wire to the fireplace outlet was spliced into the TV outlet and came apart(wrong wirenuts)...taking out the fireplace is only 4 screws in ours, doesn't take long

Update on fireplace. We got the glass to slide out and traced the wiring to underneath the stove. There was a connector loose. Then we figured out that the breaker that said fireplace was NOT for the fireplace at all. It is hooked to the invertor breaker, so Jayco screwed that up. Now we have the glass out and can't get it back in..I think we have to take off the trim. Do we have to take off all 4 pieces of trim and if yes, in what order do you get it off and how? Also, we called Jayco and they said they would send the wiring diagram and they sent the entirely wrong thing...all it showed was the breakers for a 2013. They were no help whatsoever. This is getting old....

You usually have to take the top trim piece off. Even with it off it was very tricky getting the glass off and on. It has to be aligned up just right.

Fireplace Outlet

Check your breaker also should be a dedicated breaker once you have determined that the fireplace works correctly. Some times they have to be reset. Turn breaker off wait turn it back on also,
