What is the secret to unmount the television that slides behind the fireplace? I want to access the USB and HDMI ports. I felt around the rear of the television but didn't feel anything that would free it from the mount.
I too have a 377rlbh. I struggled with this same thing on our last trip. I tried raising the tv and mount with the button about halfway then lifting the tv off the mount. It moves up but not all the way off. I wanted to raise the tv on the mount cuz the IR sensor didn't come up high enough. Had to almost standup to change channels. I was able to hold tv up and relocate nuts and bolts that are used to adjust height. I gave up on removing tv from mount and used a mirror to locate the HDMI and USB ports successfully. I will tackle removing the tv if and when I reach that bridge again. Sorry I wasn't much help.
