Question First Time RVing, Ice Maker

Will be heading out soon for the first time and I had a question for those of you who have a ice maker.

The unit I'm buying comes with a residential fridge with a built in ice maker, I had always envisioned bringing my own water but this fridge has both water and ice dispenser on the front. Question is, in your experience is the water quality at these parks typically good enough to take advantage of the ice maker/drinking water or do you bring your own ice and turn the ice maker/water off?

The FW comes with a whole house filter and the fridge may also have an internal filter. The original filter that came with ours was similar to these and also what we buy as replacements.

We have used the ice and water dispenser in our FW at both parks and while dry camping. The FW has a filter along with one in the fridge. I find the water and ice to be good tasting.
