First trip out in our 2014 31.5 RLTS

Took the new Jayco fifth wheel out for first camping trip. Really like it a lot. Everything worked great. Did not find any problems. This is our 3rd camper, first fifth wheel. Pulled great, easy hookup, little different backing up over the travel trailer. The floor plan is awesome. The weather was beautiful.

Hope you enjoy your, we do ours.
I had jayco install an pull down awning on the slide out, now I got the whole side under a cover. Meaning I got two awning, I not talking about the topper on top of the slide out.

Adding the pull out awning would be nice. Didn't think of that, I did have dealer add 3 slide out toppers. Is your entry step a 3 step. Mine is and it seems to me it could have been a 4 step. From last step to ground is a little far. Not a big deal. Might change one day.

Its a 3 step, I bought one of the step stools from CW, it helps cause it fit right under the last step.

We added the four step and made a big difference for us "old guys" Love our 31.5 RLTS a little dark in the kitchen but installed plexiglass in screen door...got the idea here on the forum. Enjoy

Feels good to be spending time at the camper.

Crablab, I think I will try the plexiglass, also would keep my puppy from scratching the screen door when we are outside. I got a late model 2014 with 2015 upgrades. It has sky light in kitchen. It seemed to help. Did not notice it being to dark.

http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f6...ics-11676.html this is the website that we got it from. We didn't get a sky light but this really did the trick.
