Flag Pole Ideas?

Iíd like to see & hear what others are doing for Flag Pole ideas? I donít want anything mounted to my rear ladder and I donít like the under-tire mounts either. But I want to fly ĎOle Gloryí at our campsite. Personally I donít think enough people do (fly our flag). But seeing as both my Parents were ex-military, Iím ex-military and our youngest daughter & son-in-law are both current active duty Security Forces SSGT, We All Love to show off our Pride!

BTW, I will have a bike rack on my rear 2" receiver hitch, so that's not an option either.

I fly the flag and also have a red/white and blue light on top of it.

I have a bike rack too and use one of these:

I bought a "Flag Pole Buddy" that I've used on both trailers we've owned. It is the 16' fiberglass model. On the 5th it is mounted to the rear ladder which I see you want to avoid. On our 1st which was an X23B hybrid I mounted it directly to the rear of the HTT using automotive double-sided trim tape. Worked fine for 2 yrs. I removed the trim tape using dental floss and cleaned it up with goo-gone.
Just below the flags (US and Texas) I mount my wifi bridge (my attempt to receive the weak CG signals).

I went a different route for several reasons. We have made several donations over the last few years with flags in honor and support of our troops to which the flags have come back to us after being displayed. With only so many places to display I used one on the front hitch with a c-clamp. The 45 degree house mount fits perfectly on my Mor Ryde and the small c-clamp holds it nicely.

It doubles as a warning for the hitch and displays the colors proudly. Lightweight and stores back in the bag it came in.

It has not fallen off once.

Not sure why you are against ladder mounts.. we have had zero issues with ours.

Even in this kind of wind;

Hope you find what works for you as the most important thing, for us, is to fly our flag.
