Floor bubbling up

We just brought our FW down to Kingman Az to fulltime in while our new home is being built. Right off the bat I noticed an area about two feet long where the floor has bubbled up. There are also two shorter areas doing it.

It settled down last night, but this morning they are back. Is this common and is there a fix?

Just the flooring (vinyl)? Or the structure underneath?

Still under warranty?

You could get a hypodermic needle (insulin syringe) and fill it full of some gorilla glue.... and shoot it thru the vinyl. I’ve done this before in other applications and it’s worked well.

Others cut along the grain of the vinyl and peel it back and put glue in that way.

In either way, glue it and then place heavy items on top for several hours to keep it down while glue is drying.

Yes, just the vinyl and no warranty. Thanks for the help.
