floor plan & /mechanical & l drawings

We are in the process of renovating our 2005 Jaco Designer Fiver.
-Does anyone know how to obtain a copy of the floor plan and mechanical drawings (electrical/plumbing)
- We would like to change the interior color....is repainting or replacing the room panels best.
Any other tips or recommendat on remodeling would be apreciated

The floorplan and specs are available here on the Jayco archive page,

To obtain the schematics for wiring plumbing, etc you will need to contact Jayco, and they will provide you with them.
