Found a leak
So on my vacation 2 weeks ago, I noticed a small puddle at the floor near the fridge. I didnt think much of it, thinking it was a dropped ice cube that melted. After I cleaned it up, I noticed more water. I opened the door at the HW heater, which I put hinges on, and I noticed the HW heater had been leaking at the fitting. I tightened everything up, and tested with pressure, and now there are no leaks.
The moral of the story, is to check water line fittings. If I didnt see this, who knows what kind of damage would have been done to the flooring

Thanks for the post, I'll have to go check mine next time I fire 'er up
I had a fitting issue the first time I used the black tank flush. I hooked up the hose and proceeded to flood half the basement because the first fitting inline from the connection point wasn't even hand tight!

You can see here the calcium line it made, and how much water accumulated in a day in the pan I put under it.

Yes, Jayco has had an assembly problem with water fittings. Many of us have had to go in and tighten fittings to kitchen sinks as well. I also had a 90deg PEX fitting leak.
It does pay to go in and check all the fittings you can find.
PS the kitchen leak we had was intermittent. It only happened after a long shower using a lot of hot water.

Yes, good catch. Every once in a while I'll pressurize the plumbing with the water pump, it's the best leak detector you have.

As part of our set up procedure, wife checks fittings under kitchen sink and bathroom when I turn on the water supply.

FWIW, our fittings did not leak at 45psi (water pump pressure). Took 60 psi for them to leak. That's why it was hard to find the leaks.
Best advice I have is to tighten the kitchen and bathroom faucet fittings.
