AZ has the same as my Pinnacle but he has a water soaked bending floor and bent bracket. I agree that these supports should be thicker, longer and more added. That is a lot of weight being supported full out on just the edge of the floor and those thin brackets. I will bet now that after my 3000 mile trip over two months that mine will probably be bent. When you extend the slide u can see the impressions in the bottom from the rollers when slide is closed. When full open pull down the seal and look in with a mirror and light. All the slide weight is being pushed down on those rollers. We all have the same slide just different models. My FBTS has six rollers. One center, three more forward from center and two aft of center. So four from center forward which is the heaviest part

Rock, when I looked at all more recently built NorthPoints at my dealer they have the L shaped bracket like yours..the first batch of NorthPoints that came in early fall after mine had supports like mine. One was bent already.

They also sell Montanas and they have the same L shaped outrigger too. Exactly the same

Well u all need to listen to what AZ just said. His floor is toast from water intrusion. Like I have said I have completely sealed my wheel well area. We both have FW built in the same run with same out riggers. The out riggers are not up to par and need to be bigger and way thicker. But water will do even more damage. Jayco needs to recall all our units and fix the out riggers. That also need to seal the wheel well area better. I would fix my supports myself but than if my slide has problems I will be blamed. If my unit was not under warranty I would fix the there problem brackets or out riggers what ever u want to call them. Hell my rollers have already broke thru the black fiber material. So before my warranty is up they will be pulling my slide and replacing the material and what else needs to be done.

Yup we have different brackets. But Mine are no thicker than yours the bend is just giving a little more support. I can grab mine and bend them by hand. Those outriggers should be 1/4 inch steel and have a bigger cross section. Jayco make this RIGHT

I never touched any. They sure looked better.
Not sure if I would want those welded on then.
In fact I'm not that keen on anyone welding to the frame, no one knows what's behind it. It's a big weld, it's going to get hot.

I think I would rather have a 1/4" angle welded and sandwich the existing support. Then weld it to the frame at the bottom and top.
Giving the frame a quicker short weld

So far everybody seems to have a bent one between the tires.
And so far I think AZ has the worst bend!

I'm not sure what is up with the placement of these supports. The front one is like 8" from the front...then between the tires...then another one 2-3' away....then BIG space to the back at about 8" away from the end.

I agree Klassic.. no real logic, plus, as Rock mentioned, the braces are not nearly the right weight/gauge to be handling the load... not to mention the staples that pierce both the tyvex wrap and tin used to protect the floor.. If anyone is interested, I've posted my water test video to a dropbox folder, along with the progression of the bend bracket... and I'm willing to share the link if you PM me your email address...

BTW does anyone know where the motor for the kitchen slide is located on a 2016 Pinnacle 36 FBTS? I need to try and get this slide out manually or something... This is nuts...

Where did you find the sticker, with the "password" on it, to get the app to properly install?

There are 2 apps. I think you got the one with the remote control functions. There is another that is just documentation. It doesn't need a password. on iOS it is called myLCI.

Frame support bending on Northpoint 377. Anyone else?

Here is what my floor looks like above the bent outrigger.

Yup. And what really blows is the fact that if u have not read this thread u r clueless until U have a slide problem or notice ur floor bending down. I could fix my outriggers easily but if I do that than Jayco might say u modified and have a good day. I want to so badly take 1/4 plate and cut it to fit inside the bracket and add shear bolts to hold it together. I can make it bomb proff. But what the hell do I know besides being a master metal smith. AMCM retired USCG.

I wonder how many other 5th wheels and travel trailers have this problem. I have 6 bent outriggers on my Starcraft 299BHU. The worst one is just aft of the slideout (first picture, I tried to straighten it). Floor dips by the bent outrigger. Also it appears the outriggers under the floor where the slideout is don't do anything, they don't even reach the wall support, just hanging in thin air(second picture).

I would do exactly this and be done with it. With all the mods we all do... Jayco has 100 reasons to say "to bad / so sad".

I would be far more confidant in my fix than Jayco or Lippert or any other of these mfg's that cut corners at every chance....

Looks like you have a later build and got the supports with the angle bent into the bottom for lateral support.
I don't think those will bend.
