2019 jayco pinnacle...how do I get the frig to come on... it’s plugged in to power at my house... do I need to do something with the inverter? I’m lost...help please

If you're plugged into shore power the fridge should come on regardless if the inverter is on............I would think. Look at your fridge manual for instructions on how to turn it on using the control panel.

Don't forget to check that it is plugged in, breakers are on and/or fuzzes are good.

Mine has a plug hidden behind the outside refrigerator vent. Remove the lower panel and take a look. Always a good idea to check for pests, blockages and damage from mice.

That's your problem!! I don't have the Whirlpool manual in front of me but if you have one look through it, it will show you how to turn it on from the touch panel. I forget every time and need to look at the manual myself...........getting too old I guess If you don't have the manual, go online and search for your model. If you have a 2019 I would think you should have the manual if you bought it new.

Here are the instructions for cooling on/off:

Cooling On/Off
Your refrigerator and freezer will not cool when cooling is
turned off.
■ To turn cooling off, press and hold the LOCK and FILTER
buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
IMPORTANT: To avoid unintentionally locking the dispenser
or changing other settings, be sure to press both buttons at
exactly the same time.
When cooling is off, “COOLING OFF” will appear on the
display screen.

I found out that you actually hit lock and measure fill at same time..it worked... oh happy day...pass this along...
