Freshwater tank

We have a 2018 381flws, So we have been having trouble with all the water, the water pump cracked so we capped both lines going to it, then the water filter froze and busted and we have to bypass that and everything has been working fine, but woke up this morning to the freshwater tank overflow draining and the tank was full so we had to drain it but when we turned the water back on it still drains so we know water is going to the freshwater tank for some reason and we never use it anyway so is there a way to just cap that line off so water doesn’t go in there at all

If you have access to the back side of the docking station. Find the fill line to the fresh water tank cut and cap the supply line on the docking station side.
