Fridge/freezer not cooling

We have a 2019 North Point 377RLBH and we are having trouble with our fridge and freezer not getting that cool. Any suggestions?

Residential or gas/elec?

It’s a residential electric fridge.

What brand? It may not be defrosting properly. We had that with our Samsung. The defrost sensor went bad.

It’s a Whirlpool. My husband said he took the panels inside the freezer off, but nothing was frozen inside. He said it’s blowing now and wasn’t before, so maybe it’s going to work now???

Not an RV story, but Samsung. We are on our second Samsung at home. My bride really likes/d them. The first one the ice maker quit. Where we live Samsung has no authorized repair people, yet they sell them locally. We bought it at Lowes, and they decided to replace it under warranty which was great. This one the ice maker freezes and of course quits making ice. First one Lowe's swapped and took the other one. This time, we had to pull the serial number tag off the unit and send them a picture and they are reimbursing her but we get to keep it. Our neighbors have had to replace theirs as well. Makes you wonder how they make money. We are really liking our Whirlpool 4 door unit on the camper. Other than not having through the door ice and water, it works great.

Wow, it sounds like you guys had a major pain to deal with! Glad things are going well now!

So after taking off the panels in the freezer and finding that nothing was iced over, my husband said he started to hear blowing like it was working, but it’s still not cold. He is trying to find the defrost timer reset switch - does anyone know if that’s on the back of the freezer?

Have you checked the coils in the back for being dirty? The seals are good around the door? Level?
