front landing legs will not turn on

I have a 2012 pinnacle 35LKTS and my atwood levelers would not turn on when hooking up.
atwood manual talks about the control panel being located in a horizontal plane.
and unplugging the activation switch from the board.
does anyone know where the control panel is located?

Check for UTube clips.Had problem on my Schwintek slide motors,Lippert had some good stuff!
