Front slide problem

Door side front slide on 2015 38FLSA it’s out and 1 motor tries to come in and the other doesn’t . So I can not get to come in with the slide out how do you get to the motor and to the wiring ? Thanks

The controllers are underneath in the cargo area. There is a lot of good information on YouTube on these swintek slide issues.

My RV Works on YouTube just came out with a couple of really good videos on trouble shooting these slides.

You access the motor from the outside. You can see the screw that holds it in place near the top, just move the slide seal.
