Furnace reset fixed

After 4 years of just "dealing with it" I finally looked into the reset switch kicking out on my furnace.
Short back story, I had the issue of the furnace would run for awhile and then the reset (breaker) on the furnace would kick out. Luckily the 383 flfs has a cubby hole beside the steps that you can remove to access the furnace, I don't do much cold weather camping, always been able to get by with the fireplace and a heater.
On to the fix. I found that the power wire that comes in and hooks directly to the reset switch had not been crimped. This was allowing a bad connection and pulling higher amps therefore kicking the 20 amp reset. I am still in the "testing" phase to make sure that was the fix, but it has cycled off and on 4 times now without issue, never would do that before.
Hopefully this helps a few of you that are having this issue.
Yes, I had to remove the furnace to get good enough access to make the repair.

Thanks for the information which will help RVers on this forum. It is not uncommon to see loose connections on new units.

Or older units. Wire connections can loosen over time, i.e., vibration, expanding and contracting.

Also in Transfer Switches where loose connections tend to cause burned wiring. Been there done that.
