Furnace reset switch

I have a 2017 Pinnacle 38FLSA, my furnace reset button keeps tripping. The fuse is not blown. Several times I've had to open panel in storage area and reset the switch. Any ideas on cause or fix?
Thank you in advance

RV furnaces are pretty basic, most have 2 blower motors one for the outside air, combustion and one for circulating the inside air around the heat exchanger. If your blowing a breaker (reset switch) I'd start my taking a look at the motors. It sounds like you may have one that is starting to bind, which would cause an over current situation and activating the reset switch.
It could be as simple as a squirrel cage that's come loose or a bearing that's going dry. Don't know exactly what bearings are being used, most motors like that use a babit (sp) bushing that may need some oil.
Would be interested in knowing the final resolution.

Thanks

You also have a sail switch, which senses if the blower is working and allows the furnace to ignite. This can hang up also from dirt etc.

Have same type issue

Ours is doing similar although won’t not tripping reset.
Just continues to turn off after a couple of minutes on. Where / what is Sail switch to check that? We have a 2015 Pinnacle

Same thing I did for days. Pulling down the wall was a PITA. My long arms could barely reach the switch.
Took the trailer in and they replaced the furnace board. All good now

Im sure its fixed by now but I would start by pulling the furnace out and bench test it. Boards seem to go bad quite a bit. Heat exchangers get plugged with mud dobbers in our area.

I start by pulling burner out and check condition. Clean orifice out. Blow air through exchanger. Sometimes taping on it can knock stuff loose that has nested inside.

A 12v battery and a 20gal propane tank is all you need to bench test. Hook the blue wires together to get a call for heat. Make sure exhaust tube is on unit.

2017 pinnacle furnace

My furnace is doing the same thing. Last winter I had a repair man come out and he took it out and tested it and everything worked fine. After it was put back in, it worked until I went to bed and woke up freezing at 5 am. The repair man said it could be overheating in the rv and causing it to trip. Now that it's winter again..... Any other ideas?
