Furnace Won’t stay on

Hi all.

I am a newbie, so maybe it is something simple. I have a 2022 jayco eagle. I turn the furnace on at the jaycommand. The furnace fires up, blows hot air, then shuts off. The only way i can get it back on, no matter how high I have thermostat set is to turn it off and on. Then same thing happens.

I have full propane and everything else is working fine. I do notice that my only options for the fan are off and low. My old camper (different brand) needed to be set on auto to run furnace. I am running on shore power.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!

Make sure your battery or batteries are fully charged. If the blower doesn’t blow strong enough the sail switch will not make contact.Your unit is new but stuff can be wrong with new. Sail switch, control board, igniter. Lots of good info on here to trouble shoot. The control boards are highly susceptible to moisture.

Is a heater vent aimed at your thermostat?

Pulled my hair out for over a year trying to figure out the same problem. Here is what fixed mine and has worked well ever since. May or may not be applicable to your unit.
