Furrion

Just bought a Jayco NorthPoint 385thws. It has dual TVs. TV in the kitchen will run a DVD but the living room TV just says NO SIGNAL. Nothing we do will make it work. Any suggestions.

Are you connected to cable or are you using the antenna? Also check to see if TVs are on proper input.

Is it possible you may have to select a different input source of the living room TV? I am not sure you have tried that yet. If you have then I would assume there is a RCA splitter somewhere to allow for the signal from one source to be feed to two TVs. I would look behind the Furrion and see how it's wired out to the TVs.

Thanks for both people that answered our thread. Both TVs are on the same source. The kitchen TV shows the DVD. We have switched sources, pushed buttons, changed inputs and still no signal on the TV. Can't see behind either TV as they are back to back in the entertainment center. Didn't know if anyone had a 385thws and has had a similar problem. We have not hooked up to cable or antenna yet. Was just trying to be able to switch the DVD from the kitchen TV to the living room TV. There has got to be an easy way to choose which TV the DVD plays on.

i had same issue. Behind the Main TV in living quarters is a wall plate with a button.. Make sure button is depressed so that the little green light on the wall plate illuminates.. I believe that turns on some sort o amplifier for the bedroom TV.

Mine came with a sound bar that is pretty much worthless, only works when a DVD is playing, can't do anything to make it work with general TV viewing.
Jayco certainly lacks instructions on their entertainment centers.

We haven't tried the TV in the bedroom yet. We are just working on the ones in the kitchen and living room. We have pushed the little green button. The book says that you turn off that green button to play the DVD. The kitchen TV is the one that shows the DVD. Just need to be able to switch to the living room TV. There has got to be an easy way to switch from one TV to the other. Thanks for your suggestion.

Sounds like DVD player isnt hooked up to living room tv. You are going to have to get behind the TV and look at connections. Only one other thing it can be which is a defective TV but it is more likely that someone at the factory forgot to plug the connections in.
