furrion convection micro

We have a 2020 36FBTS. The furrion convecrion microwave turns itself off after running for 15 minutes or more. Micro works fine. Dealer couldn't replicate problem, bit does it every time I use it. Any ideas ?

Welcome to JOF. We have the same convection microwave and my wife had a bit of a problem the first couple times she used it. Determined it was operator error. Since then works fine. You should have asked the dealer to show you how it works. Are you preheating before cooking? Also is the vent is open? I know the fan runs but not sure if it vents overboard. Hope you find out what your problem is.

Yep, should vent to the outside in convection mode.

DW has a similar problem with our microwave/convection oven. It works for me because I read the instructions manual. I don't know what she is doing and refuses to use it. Order on starting us important, and opening requires a restart.

First, read page 17 of the manual. Then realize that you preheat, then put your food in, and then set the time. Next if you want to run combination there is an error in the manual because it won't let you set the temperature. I emailed furrion and got this response.

No problem with ours. Works 100% better than the regular Furrion oven which is a POS. I had to read the manual at least 3 times to get the convection feature to sink into my mind. READ THE MANUAL.........THERE IS A REASON FOR HAVING ONE
