Furrion microwave convention oven

I just need somewhere to yell because furrion customer service and there warranty is sad? Our convention oven broke just outside of warranty by 2 months. and we purchased a new one and we received it and the box was damage and there was dents all over the microwave and the door would not open. So I called them again and they say ok we will send you another one and we don’t want that one back? Ok so today received another one and box was fine and pulled out the product and what is there damage again.. OMG how may times do I have to call and get replaced I mean come on??

The first one was obviously damaged in shipping if the box was damaged. As they say, "third times the charm".
