Furrion stove

We have 2018 Pinnacle 36FBTS, it has the new Furrion stove. We are wondering if the jets can be changed so that burners are a bit lower (less heat)! We cook alot and there is no way to simmer on any of the burners! Even if if we can just do one of the side burners it would be great!!
Thank in advance!

Check or have your gas pressure checked. It maybe too high or the secondary regulator in the stove could be bad causing higher pressure. At least that's where I'd start. You can buy a manometer gauge or tube. You can also make your own manometer from tubing and a piece of wood.
