Furrion TV color issues

Noticing our Furrion TV in Pinnacle 38FLSA has some color issues.. men's lips appear to be bright pink lipstick coloured!
Has anyone noticed this and can offer any advice?

Our LR Furrion TV in our Eagle TT had a severe case of red crush which is what you are seeing. It was worse on some programs/channels than others but it was present regardless of whether we were watching on the antenna, cable, or satellite. Bright red lips, sunburned faces, etc.

Our Furrion only had presets for the colors so you couldn't adjust the red/blue/green separately and no matter what we did, we couldn't get rid of it.

Reported it to Furrion directly who advised me that due to their contract with Jayco that only Jayco could do a warranty replacement but they opened a trouble ticket and gave me a ticket number to call Jayco with. I then called Jayco, told them what was happening, gave the number from Furrion, and was authorized a reimbursement of 400.00 to go "down the street" and pick out whatever TV I wanted.

We ended up spending a little more on a replacement Samsung TV for the replacement but the check came a couple weeks later once we sent in the receipt for the new TV.

Told our dealer about this during our next warranty visit and they confirmed that it's what Jayco tells them to do as well. I guess you have to push pretty hard to get an exact Furrion replacement these days, but others have said they got another Furrion without issues. Personally, I would rather have something else.

Good Luck!

Hi Tara,

Remove the TV, go to your favorite electronics store or online retailer and buy a brand name TV to replace the crap Furrion TV. Get a Smart TV. Trust me, you will be a happier camper.

My living room TV had the red faces. Furrion said it was normal. I said no. I left the dealer go at them. They sent videos and everything. Again, they said no. I contacted them and said I'd send them videos every day of red faces and they cleared the dealer to buy a replacement TV from Best Buy. No more red faces and it's a smart TV.

That's how mine was. And they did say it's normal. Lol I said it's 2018 and I never saw a TV do that. Even old early color TV's. Granted the tint could be adjusted on those. They said it was the station or dvd player causing it. I said I will let my dealer take care of it. But I had to get involved again after they made the dealer jump through hoops and still say no.
My bedroom Furrion seems ok. But we hardly ever use it.

To me, THIS is EXACTLY the kind of "crap" that gives companies bad reputations. When I first called, it was to get support for the lack of any red/green/blue adjustments in the viewable settings and asked if there was a service menu and if so, what was the code so I could go in and try to adjust it that way. Maybe that gave them the impression I was some sort of television repair man and probably knew more than they did so they just approved it right then and there? I'm not, but am an electronics geek. Anyway, glad you got it approved.
