FW Insurance for FT's

To all you full timers, I would like some recommendations on FW insurance. To me, good coverage is more important than cheap premiums. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not full time but I have great coverage with State Farm here in Virginia. Probably not the cheapest but I use them for their name and good coverage plans

I'm sure there are some recent discussions about this topic here. We use GS (National General) for both 5th wheel and tow vehicle with the FT endorsement. Even have full value replacement and premiums are reasonable. I've filed claims previously w/out issue and fast responses.

We're Full Timers. Use Progressive through USAA.

Your options are often state specific. USAA is generally the best value but you need the military link which I don't have.

Out of Florida, we use a Progressive "travel trailer" policy for our fifth wheel with "Full Timer's Personal Liability" coverage added to the usual stuff.

I have gotten way better service and rates going directly thru Progressive over USAA. Great responses on claims when we needed them too. USAA is good but have heard of many people having problems getting claims taken care of thru them and I am in the army. Only had one issue with Progressive in almost 20 years of dealing with them and that was thru the Nashville office. I would request changing to a different office if I ever had to deal with them again.

After looking at several policies designed for full timers, I have to agree that Progressive has a very all encompassing policy that can be tailored to one's individual needs.
