Generator for Talon 413T

We are in the process of purchasing a used 2018 Jayco Talon 413T.
It is factory prepped for a generator. I was wanting to get a 7000 watt Onan rather than a 5500 to put in there, because we will run to air conditioners as well as a washer and dryer at times.

I would love to hear experiences from more seasoned veterans of RVing about what my needs may be. I’ve had a hard time finding conclusive information about what the power needs will be. I will likely wind up installing it myself.

I like the idea of an EFI unit, due to the ease of use in inclement weather, but I’m not sure if it is prepped for electronic fuel injection or not. How would I find out?

Thanks so much for your help!

You will have water and sewer but not electric?

Washer will use a good bit of water and waste water. We won't use our washer unless we are on full hooks. Rather leave the water and waste water room for showers.

Thanks for the info. Make sense not to try to do laundry unless the unit is connected to hookups.
