I had read your other thread, and although we can't see it (include a couple of pics!), it sounds like they were mostly successful in getting rid of it. I would take the unit to a reputable autobody shop (there is one in my area that specialises in RV's but any one should do). They have the skills to remove paint from a surface like that, and can probably buff out and rewax the surface to finish the job. You might be pleasantly surprised at how cheap the job is when it DOESN'T involve an insurance adjuster. If nothing else, the will tell you in the quote how serious the issue is, and perhaps provide some clues as to how to repair it if you want to do it yourself. Estimates are generally free.
