Smile Gravity fill fresh water tank

Ok-- just a little confused-- but does anyone know how to gravity fill the fresh water tank on a 2015 Eagle H/T 28.5 RSTS ? Owners manual not much help. trying to sanitize the tank with the bleach/water solution. The old T/T you just open the cap on the side of the trlr. and poured it in-- done. Put the siphon hose from the suction end of the pump turned it on and it pulled all in to the trlr. However, the way the shutoff valves are positioned I can't see how any solution ended up in the holding tank. Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I mixed a solution based on what the FW tank holds, and added it to that then ran the pump to circulate it through the whole system, let it sit for the recommended number of hours, then drained the tank and flushed it a couple times, then hooked up to outside water source and flushed all the lines until I couldn't smell any Clorox. Then ran some fresh water through the pump.
