Many prior posts of slow gray or black flow. Good chance you have some construction trash is blocking the flow. After emptying the tank try to snake a garden hose up the pipe and see if it breaks something loose.
Since yours is new and if you can't get the blockage out then the dealer will have to take the tank off, clean it out or replace it with new.
Last, if you have a remote valve via wire system you may a bad connection.
If you can get to the valve you might want to just replace it and clean out the debris at the same time.
All this is assuming someone hasn't tossed junk down the sink or filled it with food trash.
