Great dealer

Just thought I would post about the great service we have had at Ricks RV in Joliet IL!
We have had a couple issues this year....one of which I posted about here since the issue was not found right away (water coming in under sink after showering , ended up being a cracked vent on the roof) but this dealer worked quickly and really was very pleasant to work with on these warrenty issues.
I thought it would be nice to post something positive and repay their great service by letting you all know!

Great to hear. I'm pretty sure the same forum type stuff is true about dealers that is true about owners. We usually only hear the negatives. Glad you had a positive dealer experience...
