Grey water

I have a 2018 jayco eagle 347 BHOK. My grey tank will not drain. I pull the handle the handle moves like it opens but it don’t drain. How do you drain tank to replace valve? Can just the cable be replaced?

The best bet would be to cut the coroplast making a small door right below the tank to see if the cable just came loose. The dealer would also cut it to see what the problem is and then just tape it closed.

Shouldnt have to cut the coroplast. Remove the back wall of the basement/pass thru storage and you should have to both black and grey tank valves. If you pull the cable and it's pulls freely but nothing is coming out of the tank I'd say the set screw came loose, or was never tightened, on it.
