Groaning Front Landing Jacks

I have the LCI Ground Control 2.0 6 point leveling system.

My front landing jacks groan loudly when raising or lowering the trailer. It groans primarily when the landing legs are under weight. I regularly lubricate the legs with silicone spray.

I was wondering if there was any other place that could be lubricated to help reduce the groaning.

How do you lubricate the threads of the landing jacks?.... as that's where the groaning is coming from - the interface between the threaded acme rod and the brass nut that is crimped into place at the top of the inner landing jack leg (not the one you pull the pin to adjust).

Just this week, I made a tool to lubricate the threads with your favorite spray lube. I'm 100% sold on the tool, I'm not yet 100% sold on the CRC PTFE spray lube I applied with it.
