Re: ELECTRICAL WIRES HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS. NESC Section 23, clearance over roadway is 15 feet.

Agree with Rock. The comm lines are almost always the low hanging fruit. Sometimes they do have some juice running thru them, but not enough to do you any "permanent" damage.

Just get you some insulated gloves like Rock says and your good to go!
